Bulgaria's President to open Science for Business forum in Sofia

President of Bulgaria Iliana Iotova will participate in the opening of the sixth edition of the Science for Business forum, the President's press service announced. The event is organized by the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency.

According to the organizers of the event, the forum aims to promote cooperation between science and business by building a sustainable institutional environment. Scientific developments and products will be presented, their application in practice and their introduction to the market, CE Report quotes BTA.

The organizers adds that an expo area has been set up within the forum, where the research institutes of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences will present the latest developments for business representatives to become familiar with new products and developments and to hold bilateral meetings.
