Croatia: Montenegro must resolve certain universal issues
Croatia has strongly supported Montenegro on its European path from the very beginning, but Montenegro must address certain issues that are not bilateral but universal in nature, Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman said in Brussels on Monday.
