EU increases by 25 per cent capacity of export of electric energy to Moldova, Ukraine

The Transport System Operators (TSO) from Continental Europe have agreed on increasing by about 25 per cent the commercial capacity with Moldova and Ukraine for the 2024-2025 winter period, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

According to the European Network of Transmission System Operators, (ENTSO-E), the decision was approved following the destruction of a significant number of power stations in Ukraine and of previsions of a big deficit of electricity for the winter season.
