Lithuania sends emergency energy aid to Ukraine's Kharkiv region

A total of 21.9 metric tons of equipment donated by Lithuania has been delivered to Ukraine's Kharkiv region from the Ministry of Energy’s emergency energy aid warehouses.

The Ministry of Energy of Lithuania announced this on Facebook, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.

It is noted that electric motors, circuit breakers, shut-off valves, pumps, valves, and four power transformers were delivered to the region.

The equipment, with a total weight of 21.9 metric tons, will help speed up repairs and increase the resilience of critical infrastructure in the Kharkiv region.

As previously reported, the stockpile of energy equipment to be accumulated by next winter is expected to be three times greater than the amount destroyed by the Russians during this heating season. This was announced in March 2026 by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal.
