After successful editions in Cluj Napoca, Ploiești, Brașov, Iași, and Maramureș, the Moldova Presents exhibition is set to debut in Vaslui, Romania, from May 9-11, 2025. This expansion aims to introduce Moldovan products to a new audience and strengthen business ties, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

"Products from the Republic of Moldova are highly valued across the Prut. Expanding to Vaslui allows consumers in this region to discover our local products. Inspired by the interest from Vaslui's public authorities and Chamber of Commerce, we decided to organize this exclusive event for Moldovan producers," stated Sergiu Harea, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.

The exhibition will highlight key economic sectors, particularly agri-food, textiles, and industrial products. In addition to exhibition spaces, a business program will facilitate bilateral meetings between Moldovan and Vaslui-based businesses.

Romania remains Moldova’s top commercial partner, absorbing a significant share of its exports to the EU. "This exhibition is a great opportunity for our producers to strengthen their presence in this vital market and establish new partnerships," Harea added.

Companies interested in participating must submit registration applications to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry by April 15. Organizers will provide logistical support, including transportation, accommodation, and exhibition setup.

Beyond Vaslui, the Chamber continues to promote Moldovan exports through participation in international exhibitions, with upcoming events planned in Turkey and Italy.

Moldova Presents is an extension of the national Made in Moldova exhibition, aimed at supporting local producers and enhancing Moldova’s image in foreign markets. Since its Romanian debut in Iași in 2016, the event has expanded to Ploiești, Brașov, and Maramureș, establishing a strong presence in the region.
