Tiziano Ferro, debuting with his new album of original songs Sono un grande, has reached the top of both the albums chart and the chart of CDs, vinyls, and cassettes sold in Italy, according to FIMI/Nielsen data.

The album marks a change of record label and management compared to his past projects. It is the result of more than two years of work — a period in which difficulties gave way to major transformations and a renewed outlook on the future, both personally and professionally, CE Report quotes ANSA.

In second place remains Olly with the reissue of Tutta vita (sempre), which includes five new songs compared to the version released a year ago. Olly, together with Juli, also holds the top spot among singles with Questa Domenica.

Ernia confirms his third-place position with Per Soldi e Per Amore. Bruce Springsteen enters at number five with Nebraska ’82: Expanded Edition, a box set of unreleased material including his first live performance of the entire Nebraska album.

Following him is Irama with Antologia della vita e della morte, which dropped from first to fifth place this week. The album marks an important comeback for Irama three years after his last studio project: with 14 tracks exploring life and death, fragility and strength, home and the outside world, the record unfolds as a personal yet universal journey.

Two new entries occupy sixth and seventh place: Charlie Charles with La Bella Confusione, the multi-platinum producer’s debut album, and rapper Mecna with Discordia, Armonia e altri stati d’animo.

Dropping two spots to eighth is pop superstar Taylor Swift with The Life of a Showgirl, followed by Annalisa’s Ma io sono fuoco, a continuation of her previous album E siamo finiti nel vortice, which fell four places.

Closing the Top 10 is the soundtrack to the hit animated film Kpop Demon Hunters.
