Organized by the Public Institution “Zahumlje,” the Third “Đački rastanak” Festival was held in Montenegro.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro and the Municipality of Nikšić, CE Report informs via the Montenegrin government website.

Speaking on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, Marko Šljukić, the Ministry’s Secretary, addressed those present and presented awards to the most successful participants of the literary and art competitions. On that occasion, he emphasized that the importance of such events is immeasurable, as they provide young people with a space to express their thoughts, feelings, and memories through art.

The students’ works, filled with sincerity, empathy, and warmth, brought those present back to the days of school desks, friendships, and carefree moments that remain permanently preserved in memory. Through verse, drawing, and colour, the young creators demonstrated undeniable talent and maturity that should continue to be nurtured and developed.

“Đački rastanak” has always been more than a farewell. It is a moment when one chapter is closed with nostalgia, while another opens with hope. That is precisely why events that encourage creativity, nurture values of togetherness, and inspire young people to create represent an important step towards building a better and more humane society.

On behalf of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, particular satisfaction was expressed regarding participation in the organization of this year’s festival, with the message that the Ministry will continue to provide support and actively participate in the promotion of this now traditional festival organized by the Public Institution “Zahumlje” in Nikšić.
