Eurozone annual inflation is projected to remain steady at 2.2% in April 2025, unchanged from March, according to a preliminary estimate by Eurostat. Services saw the highest price increase at 3.9%, up from 3.5% in March, followed by food, alcohol, and tobacco at 3.0%. Greece’s inflation rate is expected to fall to 2.7% in April from 3.1% in March. The highest inflation rates in the eurozone were seen in Estonia (4.4%), Latvia and the Netherlands (4.1%), while the lowest were in France (0.8%) and Cyprus (1.3%).
