Government Spokesman Addresses Judicial Decisions and Legal Framework Concerns: Pavlos Marinakis, government spokesman, has commented on the recent decision of the primary court regarding a case from July 23, 2018. Marinakis emphasized the importance of respecting the separation of powers in the country and the role of the judiciary in issuing decisions and imposing penalties.

He pointed out that the judiciary must apply the most lenient law in cases, which may present challenges in some situations, such as the one from 2018. Marinakis also highlighted the importance of providing the judiciary with legal tools and provisions to enable fair decisions.

The government spokesman reiterated the need for the executive and legislative branches to avoid interfering with or commenting on judicial decisions, and to respect the legal framework under which these decisions are issued.
