North Macedonia's basketball duo earn All-Star honors in Bucharest

North Macedonia's impressive performance and second-place finish at the Rising Stars Under-17 women's basketball tournament in Bucharest were further highlighted by individual honors for two of its young national team players.

At the conclusion of the tournament in the Romanian capital, the tournament's All-Star Team was announced, with two Macedonian players earning places in the women's selection, CE Report informs via the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia's official website.

Iva Koleva and Tea Trajkovska were named to the tournament's Best Five, alongside three players from the host nation, Romania.

Koleva and Trajkovska played key roles in North Macedonia's campaign, as the team finished the tournament with two wins and one loss, securing second place at the strong international competition in Bucharest.

The individual awards for the two Macedonian players reflect both their outstanding performances and the successful showing of the national team at the Rising Stars tournament.
