Canada delivers armored vehicles to Ukraine
The Canadian Armed Forces have released photos showing a shipment of modern military equipment being delivered to Ukraine.
The images were published on the X account of Canada's military training mission, Operation UNIFIER, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.
“Canada, through Op UNIFIER, continues to strengthen Ukraine’s defence by coordinating donations of vehicles, equipment, and materiel – including Roshel Senator armoured vehicles. Each delivery supports readiness, and Ukraine’s ability to sustain combat‑effective forces!” the post reads.
The photos show armored vehicles and other military equipment prepared for shipment to Ukraine.
As a reminder, under Operation UNIFIER, Canadian service members have trained more than 47,000 Ukrainian troops since 2015.
Following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Canadian military instructors left Ukraine. However, training resumed several months later in the United Kingdom, Poland, and Latvia.
As reported, Canada announced last winter its intention to provide Ukraine with approximately 400 new Roshel Senator armored vehicles.
