Lakers Trade Anthony Davis to Mavericks for Luka Doncic in Blockbuster Deal

The Los Angeles Lakers are set to acquire Luka Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for Anthony Davis, multiple sources confirmed Sunday, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

As part of a three-team trade involving the Utah Jazz, the Lakers will also receive Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris, while the Mavericks will gain Max Christie and a 2029 first-round pick. The Jazz will add Jalen Hood-Schifino and a 2025 second-round pick.

Doncic, a top MVP candidate, has averaged 28.6 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 8.3 assists, while Davis, a 10-time All-Star, has posted 25.7 points and 11.9 rebounds this season.
