Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his Albanian counterpart Edi Rama, on behalf of their respective governments, signed the cooperation agreement for organizing the 2030 Mediterranean Games, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

This agreement enables the organization of sailing sports in Durrës, Albania, while officially designating Durrës as one of the host cities.

The 2030 Mediterranean Games in Pristina is the largest sporting event in the country's history, which, through investments, will directly contribute to the improvement and advancement of sports infrastructure, while also promoting Kosovo internationally through hospitality and representation.
