Prime Minister Dorin Recean Visits Renovated House of Culture in Coscodeni Village:

Prime Minister Dorin Recean visited the Sangerei district, starting his tour at the House of Culture in Coscodeni village. The cultural center was renovated under the Express European Village program with an investment of over 420 thousand lei. The renovated building now benefits about 2,500 inhabitants, providing improved conditions for cultural events. The House of Culture's director, Valentina Dinga, expressed that the renovation motivates locals to host more events and has become a "business card" for the village. Recean also engaged with market visitors, discussing community concerns and emphasizing the importance of the country's European path for local development.

Bulgarian Parliament Allocates 250 Million Leva Annually for Eastern Maritsa Coal Basin Reclamation:

The Bulgarian Parliament approved a decision to allocate 250 million leva annually for four years to support technical reclamation activities in the "Eastern Maritsa Coal Basin." This decision, adopted with 168 votes in favor, 2 against, and 38 abstentions, aims to provide funds for "Mini Maritsa Iztok" EAD. During the plenary session debate, representatives of protesting miners and energy workers were present, which some defined as an "organized farce." The allocation will support reclamation activities exclusively carried out by "Mini Maritsa Iztok" EAD without subcontracting to other companies.
