Al Pacino, Robert De Niro reunite for Moncler’s “Warmer Together”
For the first time together in a campaign, cinema legends Al Pacino and Robert De Niro star in 'Warmer Together' by Moncler, which speaks to the brand's values — understanding that true warmth is not just protection from the cold, but the creation of authentic human connections, CE Report quotes ANSA.
“For decades,” says Remo Ruffini, president and CEO of the brand, “Moncler has been synonymous with down jackets and winter, but I’ve always thought and wanted the brand to stand for something deeper. For over 70 years, in fact, the emotions and warmth of being together have guided every one of our choices, and like a thread, have symbolically tied together every product and every message. Warmer Together, through the story of friendship between Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, is a powerful message of affection and closeness — values that make us better.”
Shot in New York by renowned portrait photographer Platon, the campaign unfolds through a series of black-and-white portraits and short behind-the-scenes videos capturing the two friends' thoughts on themes like friendship, respect, relationships, and trust.
“Warmth never comes from the outside — it's an emotion that comes from within,” says Robert De Niro.
“Friendship is the greatest thing you can experience. Friends are the people you share your life with. It’s something that arises spontaneously. It’s about sharing the same sense of life,” adds Al Pacino.
Accompanying the campaign is the voice of artist and Moncler ambassador Tobe Nwigwe, who, together with his wife Fat, created a new version of the Bill Withers classic "Lean on Me", a timeless anthem to friendship, solidarity, and mutual support in difficult times.
