Hina to organise conference "Green Croatia – Sustainability and Corporate Governance"

Hina and the portal Zelena Hrvatska (zelenahrvatska.hina.hr) are organising the ESG conference "Green Croatia HINA – Sustainability and Corporate Governance", which will gather experts from the business sector, finance, politics, and academic community on Tuesday.

The aim of the conference, to be held at the Croatian Journalists' Association headquarters, is to exchange knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) principles, CE Report quotes HINA.

The conference will focus on responsible corporate governance and its impact on the economy and society, innovations and investments in environmental sustainability, as well as social responsibility and employee well-being.

Participants will be presented with current developments and legal obligations in the area of ESG reporting, including new regulatory requirements and guidelines, with the goal of empowering organisations to adapt in a timely and effective manner. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the conference aims to encourage dialogue, exchange of experiences, and the development of concrete guidelines for implementing sustainable strategies in practice.

ESG criteria are non-financial indicators related to company strategies and policies concerning the environment, society and governance.
