North Macedonia's Shkendija learns possible opponents in UEFA Conference League play-offs

The draw held at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, determined that Shkendija from North Macedonia, if they eliminate Scotland's Hibernian in the third qualifying round, will face the winner of the tie between IFK Göteborg of Sweden and Gent of Belgium in the UEFA Conference League play-offs.

The draw for the UEFA Conference League play-off round confirmed Shkendija's potential opponent should they progress from the third qualifying round, CE Report informs via Shkendija's official website.

Before that scenario can become reality, the North Macedonian side remains fully focused on its clash with Hibernian.

The first leg will be played on Thursday in Edinburgh, with the return match taking place one week later in Skopje.

If Shkendija advances, the UEFA Conference League play-off matches will be played on August 20 and 27.
