A week filled with surprising results saw the leaders change in 3 of the 5 major leagues.

In LaLiga, Barcelona; in Serie A, Milan; and in Ligue 1, Lens took the lead. In the Premier League, Arsenal, and in the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich kept their top positions, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.

Barcelona climb to the top with three goals

The new LaLiga leader Barcelona defeated Alaves 3–1 at home with goals from Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo (2), securing their fourth consecutive win.

Real Madrid accepted a 1–1 draw away at Girona, marking their third straight draw. Turkey’s Arda Güler played the first 45 minutes. Villarreal and Atletico Madrid also continued their rise with victories. Villarreal beat Real Sociedad 3–2 for their fifth straight win, while Atletico defeated Real Oviedo 2–0 for their sixth consecutive victory.

After 14 weeks, Barcelona reached 34 points to take the lead, followed by Real Madrid with 33, Villarreal with 32, and Atletico Madrid with 31.

Milan take the lead

In Serie A, Milan beat Lazio 1–0 with a goal from Rafael Leao and climbed to the top on a weekend when Roma lost.

In the match of the week, Napoli defeated Roma 1–0 away. Turkish player Zeki Çelik played the full 90 minutes. Inter, with Hakan Çalhanoğlu playing the whole match, won 2–0 away at Pisa.

Juventus beat Cagliari 2–1 with two goals from Turkish striker Kenan Yıldız. Semih Kılıçsoy came on in the 81st minute for the visitors.

With 28 points after Week 13, Milan took the lead on goal difference ahead of Napoli. Inter and Roma follow with 27 points each.

Lens, the surprise leader of Ligue 1

Lens defeated Angers 2–1 away with two goals from Florian Thauvin, earning their fourth consecutive victory and taking advantage of PSG and Marseille dropping points.

PSG lost 1–0 to Monaco, suffering their first defeat in 8 weeks and losing the top spot. Marseille drew 2–2 with Toulouse.

Lille, with Turkish goalkeeper Berke Özer, won 1–0 away at Le Havre.

After 14 weeks, Lens lead Ligue 1 with 31 points, followed by PSG with 30, Marseille with 29, and Lille with 26.

Arsenal keep the lead

In the Premier League match of the week, Arsenal drew 1–1 away at Chelsea, with goals from Trevoh Chalobah and Mikel Merino.

Manchester City beat Leeds United 3–2 at home, and Aston Villa defeated Wolverhampton 1–0.

Bayern Munich win with three goals

In the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich beat St. Pauli 3–1 with goals from Raphael Guerreiro, Luis Diaz, and Nicolas Jackson.

Chasers Leipzig drew 0–0 with Borussia Mönchengladbach, dropping points for the second time in three weeks.

The standout match saw Borussia Dortmund beat Bayer Leverkusen 2–1 away.

Cenk Özkacar played 74 minutes in Köln’s 1–1 draw away at Werder Bremen. Hoffenheim, with Ozan Kabak coming on in the 72nd minute, beat Augsburg 3–0.

Bayern Munich remain top with 34 points after 12 weeks, followed by Leipzig with 26 and Dortmund with 25.
