Haaland hails Manchester City’s new signings

Erling Haaland has praised Manchester City’s work during this summer’s transfer window, stressing that the English club has brought in not only quality players but also individuals who have adapted well to the squad.

The Norwegian striker acknowledged that the team is still going through a rebuilding phase but said he was very satisfied with the reinforcements made by the club’s management, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

“We are still in a kind of rebuilding phase, but the transfer window has been fantastic, I have to say. Congratulations to the club and everyone who works there,” Haaland said.

The Manchester City star also praised the character of the new players who joined the club during the summer.

“First of all, they brought in fantastic footballers, but also great people who fit in really well. Congratulations to everyone at the club, especially Khaldoon,” the Norwegian added.

Haaland made the comments as Manchester City seeks to build a squad capable of restoring its dominance in England and challenging once again for the Champions League trophy.
