Kosovo, FIFA launch talent coach programme

At the headquarters of the Football Federation of Kosovo, a working meeting was held between the president, Agim Ademi, the Technical Department, and FIFA officials, as part of the implementation of the newly approved FIFA project "Talent Coach Programme," as well as the creation of the first regional academy for the development of U14 talent for both girls and boys, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

This strategic project is part of the 2026–2028 program, which aims to build a sustainable system for identifying and developing young talents across all regions of Kosovo.

The implementation of the project will begin at the start of 2026 and represents an important step towards advancing sports infrastructure, coaching education, and creating equal opportunities for the development of football for both girls and boys.
