Adidas unveils official ball of 2026 World Cup
Adidas has unveiled the “Trionda,” the official ball of the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Inspired by the colors and symbols of the three host countries—the American star, the Canadian maple leaf, and the Mexican eagle—this ball combines bold design with a cultural tribute, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.
Its matte surface, decorated with embossed details, gives it a unique and refined texture, designed to mark the history of this World Cup.
Beyond its aesthetics, the “Trionda” features cutting-edge technology with a built-in chip that transmits real-time data to the video referees. This innovative tool is expected to improve decision-making accuracy and reduce errors during the tournament, which kicks off on June 11.
Notably, Adidas calls it the most advanced ball ever designed, and it is available for purchase starting today.
