PSG star's demands shake up European goalkeeper market
Gianluigi Donnarumma's future at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is currently uncertain, with Inter Milan having expressed interest in bringing the Italian goalkeeper to Italy, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
Donnarumma's contract with PSG runs until June 2026, but renewal talks have been blocked due to salary disputes, while 'Spoertmediast' reported today that his agent has been spotted at Inter's offices.
PSG are reluctant to meet Donnarumma's demand for an annual salary of €10 million, which has increased speculation that he could leave.
Inter see this situation as an opportunity to bring Donnarumma back to Serie A: The club has already contacted his representatives and is considering a move, especially if he becomes available as a free agent.
Inter's current goalkeeper, Yann Sommer, is under contract, but the club is considering long-term solutions.
Donnarumma's agent, Enzo Raiola, has said about the rumours linking him to Inter:
"We're not ruling anything out at the moment."
He added that Donnarumma has good relationships with several Inter players, which could influence his decision.
In addition to Inter, other major European clubs, such as Manchester City, Juventus and Bayern Munich, are also interested in Donnarumma.
