Sirbaz Khan has become the first Pakistani to climb all 14 of the world’s mountains over 8,000 meters (26,247 feet) without supplementary oxygen, the Alpine Club of Pakistan announced on Sunday, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

The 34-year-old climber from Hunza Valley completed the challenge after summiting Kangchenjunga (8,586m), the world’s third-highest peak, in Nepal. He began his mountaineering career in 2016 and had previously climbed all 14 peaks, though some with oxygen support.

Among his major ascents are K2 (2018), Nanga Parbat (2017), Mount Everest (2022), and Shishapangma (2023). His latest feat cements his place among elite high-altitude climbers globally.
