Israel claims “historic progress” in war against Iran with US support
Israel said Thursday that it has made “historic progress” in protecting itself thanks to the war it is waging alongside the United States against Iran, Agence France-Presse reported, CE Report quotes AGERPRES.
“Israel and the United States have together made historic progress to protect our citizens and the civilized world,” said Shosh Bedrosian, spokesperson for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a video message.
She also said the attack was necessary because Iran was on the verge of rebuilding its nuclear program in “new underground bunkers,” and that there were signs Iran was planning “to attack Israel and U.S. forces in the Middle East.”
