Iran executed a man named Ali Ardestani this morning, accusing him of “spying for Mossad and providing sensitive information to Israel,” CE Report quotes ANSA.

“Ardestani was recruited by Mossad via the Internet and sent images and videos from certain locations in Iran, as well as information on specific targets, to the intelligence services. He received payment in digital currency,” the judiciary said in a statement cited by Irna.

As reported by CE Report, Ardestani reportedly confessed to having connections with Mossad agents both inside and outside the country and to requesting a reward of one million dollars and a visa for the United Kingdom.
