Starting at 19:00 EET, the main facade of the building will display Ukraine’s national colors, while the Ukrainian flag will also be hoisted at the main entrance.

During a plenary session, the Chamber of Deputies will hold a moment of silence for Ukrainian citizens who lost their lives in the ongoing conflict.

Russia launched its large-scale offensive on Ukraine on February 24, 2022, following President Vladimir Putin’s announcement of a "special military operation" to support separatists in eastern Ukraine. The invasion began with missile strikes on military infrastructure, followed by a ground assault on multiple fronts.
