Ten midwives from the “Queen Geraldine” University Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Albania, are experiencing the sweet expectation of becoming mothers at the same time.

This beautiful coincidence was captured in a photo shared on social media by Prime Minister Edi Rama, CE Report quotes ATA.

Ten pregnant midwives, dressed in blue uniforms, standing in front of the entrance of the “Queen Geraldine” maternity hospital, is not a sight you often encounter.

In their daily work, the midwives care for mothers bringing their little ones into the world. Some of them will experience for the first time the most beautiful feeling in a woman’s life – the arrival of a child – while others are awaiting their second baby.

“A beautiful coincidence: 10 midwives of the ‘Queen Geraldine’ maternity hospital on the same maternal journey,” wrote Rama.

The 10 midwives are together experiencing the miracle of pregnancy. Those who devote themselves every day to caring for women, mothers, and newborns, now themselves carry the greatest blessing – life within them.

The “Queen Geraldine” maternity hospital offers the best standards for doctors, nurses, and midwives. It also provides excellent services for mothers and newborns.

With the upcoming completion of reconstruction, the maternity hospital will be equipped with 360 beds, 7 operating rooms, 6 delivery rooms, expanded intensive care, a modern emergency and triage unit, as well as a new service for premature babies and high-risk pregnancies.
