The chairwoman of the National Health Insurance House (CNAS), dr. Valeria Herdea, declared in Targu Mures, on Friday, that Romania is the country that has the youngest grandmother, at 23, pregnant girls at 12 and 14-year-old girls with two children each, and, including for this reason, among the provisions of the new framework contract, entered into force on 1 July, there are also a series of chapters that concern the adolescent, CE Report quotes Agerpres

"(...) The refusal to discuss the health of these girls and these children, who start their sexual life very early, still remains under the question mark, still remains under the sign of social stigma", said the president of the National Health Insurance House, in a press conference held in Targu Mures, in which she appealed to parents and grandparents to talk to young people, to encourage children to say what they think.
