Record 6,850 Ukrainians take up employment in Romania after war starts

The number of Ukrainian nationals having taken up employment in Romania after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine reached a record this week, according to a weekly report by the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity (MMSS). CE Report quoting Agerpres

As of August 7, 2023 nationwide, 6,850 employment contracts were concluded for Ukrainian nationals having fled the war, a record since February 24, 2022.
