Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with RWE CEO Dr. Markus Krebber on Thursday to discuss the German energy giant’s expanding investments in Greece. Talks focused on the development of nine photovoltaic plants in Western Macedonia and two new large-scale solar projects in Central Macedonia, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonia

Both sides highlighted the accelerated pace of implementation, citing Greece’s improved regulatory and licensing framework. They also explored further investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
