Daily electricity consumption in Türkiye increased by 2% on Tuesday compared to the previous day, totaling 1,136,767 megawatt-hours, according to official figures of the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEIAS), CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.

Hourly power consumption peaked at 54,830 megawatt-hours at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT), data from TEIAS showed.
