Air India Flight Goes Down with Over 240 Aboard

The Air India plane bound for London that crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad is reported to have gone down over a residential area.

This was reported by the BBC, citing Indian sources, CE Report quotes ANSA.

There were over 240 people on board.
