Meta partners with CNN and USA today for AI news
Meta has signed several commercial agreements with news organizations, including CNN and USA Today, to integrate their content into its artificial intelligence assistant and provide news and updates that are “more accurate and real-time.”
“We’re starting to offer a broader range of real-time content in Meta AI — from breaking global news to entertainment, lifestyle stories, and more. When you ask questions about the news in Meta AI, you’ll now receive information and links from a more diverse set of content sources to help you discover timely and relevant information, personalized to your interests,” the company said.
Currently, the agreements include CNN, Fox News, Fox Sports, Le Monde Group, People Inc.’s portfolio of media brands, The Daily Caller, The Washington Examiner, USA Today, and USA Today Network, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
Meta said it will continue “to add new partnerships and explore new features to improve the experience for people using our products.”
