Albania launches online service to check student enrolment numbers

Albania’s e-Albania portal has introduced a new online service allowing students and former students to check and verify their unique enrolment (matriculation) number in real time.

The service, titled “Information on the status of the enrolment number,” enables users to confirm whether their number is active, under verification or has been rejected, CE Report quotes ATA.

According to authorities, the tool is intended to increase transparency and simplify procedures by eliminating the need for in-person visits to educational institutions.

The enrolment number is a key identifier used for confirming student status, job applications, university procedures and the accuracy of academic records.

Officials said the new digital service gives students immediate access to their academic information, saving time and improving communication with institutions.

The service is available through the official e-Albania portal, under the education section.
