Vjosa Osmani announces alliance with Jeta Statovci

Former Guxo MP Jeta Statovci has joined former President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani for the June 7 elections.

Osmani announced the news through a Facebook post, CE Report informs.

“We started this journey together in parliament. And together we are continuing toward parliament,” she wrote.

She said they had been united by the values on which they had initially begun their political journey.

“Jeta Statovci was only 26 years old when she received her first mandate, and she was reconfirmed three consecutive times with the trust of the citizens, consistently being among the most voted deputies. Over the years, we have been united by virtue, vision, will, and truth. Above all, we are united by the values on which we began this journey. And when those values deviate, we rise again, for the love of our country and for Kosovo’s secure path forward,” Osmani wrote, among other things.
