Austria Offers to Host Putin-Zelensky Talks
Austria, like Switzerland, has offered to host a potential meeting between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, CE Report quotes ANSA.
Chancellor Christian Stocker made the announcement, recalling Vienna’s “long tradition” of hosting international organizations such as the IAEA, OPEC, and OSCE.
“If the negotiations are held in Vienna, we will contact the International Criminal Court (which has issued an international arrest warrant for President Putin) to clarify the matter,” Stocker added, “and allow President Putin to attend.”
