Election Broadcast and Poll Rules
Starting July 14, 2025, media providers, broadcasters, and advertisers in Moldova will be allowed to air only public interest messages approved regularly by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) until election results are confirmed by the Constitutional Court, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
All such messages must comply with CEC regulations on political advertising and public interest content.
Additionally, only authorized legal entities and public associations registered in Moldova may conduct opinion and exit polls during the election period. Authorization requests must be submitted to the CEC by September 18, 2025.
