
EU Approves 17th Sanctions Package on Russia
The European Union has adopted its 17th round of sanctions against Russia, targeting nearly 200 ships involved in the so-called "shadow fleet," according to EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency
Announced on X, Kallas said the new measures also address hybrid threats and human rights concerns.
She emphasized that more sanctions are in the works, stating, “The longer Russia wages war, the tougher our response.”
