Recean Pushes Local Development in Bratuleni
Prime Minister Dorin Recean met with residents of Bratuleni commune in Moldova’s Nisporeni district to discuss recent government achievements and local development issues, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
Recean highlighted national progress over the past four years, including tripled minimum pensions, increased salaries for teachers and doctors, new childbirth allowances, winter compensations, and major investments in hospitals, roads, and schools. He emphasized that Moldova is on the right path toward EU integration.
The prime minister also addressed local concerns, notably the delayed activation of a completed water supply system. He convened a meeting with the district council and contractors to speed up the process and ensure the delivery of Romanian water to 13 localities.
Recean criticized the slow progress—just 10%—on road reconstruction between Bratuleni, Boldurești, and Valea Trestieni, and demanded a detailed weekly timeline from the contractor to ensure the October deadline is met.
