Prime Minister Recean to Oversee Weekly Inspections of Key Power Line Project

Moldova

Prime Minister Dorin Recean announced today, following his visit to the Vulcanesti district, that he will conduct weekly inspections of the Isaccea-Vulcanesti-Chisinau power line construction. The new Vulcanesti-Chisinau segment aims to ensure Moldova's energy independence by bypassing reliance on the left bank of the Dniester, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

In addition to the energy project, Recean met with local authorities to discuss infrastructure investments, including kindergartens, schools, and roads. He also inspected the construction of Vulcanesti’s bypass road, a key project for both residents and businesses.

The prime minister further visited a local company producing mesh for energy efficiency projects, highlighting its role in job creation and exports to the EU. "This investment strengthens Moldova’s economy and expands opportunities," Recean stated.
