Maia Sandu awards state distinctions on Independence Day of Moldova
President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu signed, on the occasion of Independence Day, a decree awarding state distinctions to citizens and institutions that have distinguished themselves through their work in various fields, including education, culture, public administration, defense and security, the rule of law and public order, mass media and energy, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES.
The distinctions were awarded in recognition of outstanding merits to the state, professionalism and dedicated work in key areas essential to strengthening the rule of law and developing the Republic of Moldova, as well as for significant contributions to promoting the country’s cultural and national values, image and interests internationally.
