“The speakers before me have described the roller coaster of recent days. And we are working on the next package of sanctions. Key elements of this package will include, for example: a ban on access to Nord Stream; further listings targeting the shadow fleet; a lower price cap on crude oil; and more sanctions on the Russian financial sector.”
This was announced by Ursula von der Leyen during the plenary session of the European Political Community summit.
