Cindy Crawford's son dies at 27

Presley Gerber has died at the age of 27, according to media reports. Gerber was the son of renowned model Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the young man’s death, saying he died on Sunday while at a rehabilitation facility. The cause of death has not been disclosed. Gerber had previously spoken about his struggles with substance abuse, particularly depressant drugs, and had undergone rehabilitation treatment, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Gerber was a model signed with IMG Models and made his runway debut at a Moschino show.

He walked for brands including Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana and Bottega Veneta, as well as American brands Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren. He also appeared in advertising campaigns for Calvin Klein, Celine, Pepsi and Omega, and was featured in magazines including GQ Style and The New York Times Style Magazine.

According to Crawford’s publicist, the family has asked for privacy during this difficult time.
