Golden Globes reveal top contenders for film and tv
One Battle After Another received the highest number of Golden Globe nominations, including Best Comedy, alongside Blue Moon, Bugonia, Marty Supreme, No Other Choice, and Nouvelle Vague.
Frankenstein, Hamnet, A Simple Accident, The Secret Agent, Sentimental Value, and Sinners were the six films nominated for the Golden Globe in the Best Drama category, CE Report quotes ANSA.
The Hollywood Golden Globes, scheduled for January 11 in Los Angeles, also award the best in television: The White Lotus dominated the nominations with six, ahead of Adolescence with five, and Only Murders in the Building and Severance with four each.
One Battle After Another by P.T. Anderson earned nine nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. Following are Sentimental Value with eight nominations, Hamnet by Chloé Zhao with six, and Frankenstein and Wicked: For Good with five each.
A total of 334 foreign journalists vote for the 28 Globe categories.
