Albania's PM praises Saudi Arabia, Qatar for response to Iranian attacks
Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama reacted to Iranian missile attacks targeting the Persian Gulf states, calling them a threat to regional stability and prosperity.
The government head praised Saudi Arabia and Qatar for their response to the Iranian attacks, saying the two countries “once again demonstrated what responsible leadership looks like in the face of reckless aggression.”
“Saudi Arabia and Qatar, two shining jewels in a new Middle East crown defined by hope, rapid development, and bold regional cooperation, have shown that threats of chaos will be met with strength and precision,” Rama said.
He stressed that when critical infrastructure and civilian areas are targeted, it is never a “local incident.”
“This is an attack on stability, prosperity, and the shared vision of a Gulf that prioritizes progress over provocation and partnership over paranoia,” Rama said.
Rama highlighted that the successful interception of the missiles reflected not only advanced defensive capabilities and coordinated action, but also strategic clarity and unwavering determination, CE Report quotes ATA.
“True strength lies in unity: Gulf countries standing shoulder to shoulder against those who sow division,” he added.
Rama also expressed full solidarity with Kuwait and Bahrain, emphasizing that “in the Persian Gulf, security is indivisible. The security of one is the strength of all.”
