Actress and director Alina Serban is a model of inspiration for future generations and an ambassador of positive change in our world, Minister of Culture Raluca Turcan said on Wednesday, CE Report quotes Agerpres.
Together with presidential advisor Sergiu Nistor, Minister Turcan presented the Roma actress with the Order of Cultural Merit in rank of Knight on Wednesday at the Bucharest National Theatre (TNB), awarded by President Klaus Iohannis.
