EU GDP growth revised upward in latest Eurostat data
Economic growth in the EU was slightly higher than initially forecast in the first quarter of this year.
The volume of gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 0.2 percent compared to the previous quarter, according to a second estimate published by the European statistical office Eurostat.
In its first estimate at the end of April, it had reported 0.1 percent growth, CE Report quotes STA.
