Labour and Social Security Minister of Greece Niki Kerameus highlighted three major challenges facing the European job market.

She made the remarks during her intervention at the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) held in Luxembourg, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.

"In Greece, we use a mechanism to diagnose labour market needs in order to create targeted vocational training programmes aligned with specific requirements.

At the European level, we should invest more in the European Skills Observatory, map skill requirements, ensure the interoperability of national forecasting mechanisms, and align vocational education with international needs," Kerameus stated.
