Bosnia records double-digit real wage growth
The average monthly net salary paid per employee in 2025 in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina amounted to 1,594 KM.
Compared to 2024, the average monthly net salary increased by 16.1 percent in nominal terms, CE Report quotes FENA.
In real terms, it rose by 12.0 percent.
