SpaceX signs major cloud services deal with Google

U.S. billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk's aerospace company, SpaceX, announced that it has signed a cloud services agreement to provide computing capacity to Google.

According to a filing submitted by the company to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the computing capacity to be provided will include approximately 110,000 Nvidia graphics processing units (GPUs), as well as central processing units (CPUs), memory, and other related components, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.

Under the agreement, Google will pay SpaceX $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029.

The infrastructure capacity will be increased gradually through the end of September, with a reduced fee applying during the transition period.

The agreement also stipulates that Google will retain ownership and intellectual property rights over its content, artificial intelligence models, and related data.
